Shipping & Returns
All of our delivery options are shown below and the required option can be selected at the checkout page.
Orders are processed throughout the week (Monday to Friday) excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders may take up to 3 working days to be processed before dispatch. If you have requested a bespoke item this time will vary and you will be notified upon ordering. Please ensure that any access restrictions are stated in the Additional Notes section at the time of placing your order. Our courier will attempt delivery of your order 3 times, after which the package will be returned to us.
Please note we cannot deliver to BFPO area customers (Europe and International) or PO Box addresses.
Standard Free UK Delivery:
You should expect to receive your parcel within 3-4 working days of dispatch and will be required to sign upon receipt. You will receive an email from our courier so you can follow the progress of your order.
International Express Delivery:
You should expect to receive your parcel within 6-10 working days of dispatch. Shipping prices vary depending on location. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number with instructions on how to track your order.
We regret that we cannot cover any Customs charges or Import duties incurred when shipping your parcel. The applicable charges may be added to your order upon arrival and the recipient must take full responsibility for payment of said charges. For further information regarding Customs charges we suggest you contact your local Customs Office.
Please note: If your order is returned to us for any of the following reasons; refusal to accept delivery, incorrect address given at checkout or failure to make arrangements for accepting delivery, you will be liable for the return costs and Customs charges if applicable. These charges will be deducted from the cost of your order.
We hope that you love what you purchase from us, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your item(s), please let us know via email@example.com and we will work with you to ensure a positive experience. We do encourage you to ask any questions you may have before purchasing.
New items may be returned within 14 days (or 21 days for International packages) of the order being dispatched, providing that the item is in its original box, unused condition with tags attached.
To begin the returns process, simply contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order Number and reason for return. We will then send you a Returns form which you will need to print off and complete. Attach the postage address to the front of your original package and return the item to us within 14 days from dispatch. We must receive a paper copy of your Returns form in order to process your refund.
Returns are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend that items are returned using a secure postage option, such as Royal Mail 'Signed for', in order to ensure safe returns. Please note that unfortunately we are not able to reimburse for postage charges incurred during the Returns process. Original postage costs are only refunded if all of the order is returned or on the unlikely circumstance you receive a faulty item.
To return your order, please contact us via email@example.com for a Returns form, print off and complete this form. Attach the postage address to the front of your original package and return the item to us within 21 days from dispatch. We must receive a paper copy of your Returns form in order to process your refund.
Returns are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend that items are returned using a secure postage option, such as Tracked Delivery, in order to ensure safe returns. Please note that unfortunately we are not able to reimburse for taxes, duties or shipping charges.
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed upon checkout when this transaction has taken place. Any refund will automatically be issued to the card you used to place your original order. This usually takes around 5 working days in the UK, dependent on your bank/card issuer.
In the unlikely event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide your proof of postage receipt. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide this.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any items returned to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy, as such these items may be returned to you at your expense. If you return the item for a second time, or refuse to accept delivery, this will be considered to be irreversible authority for us to dispose of your order without further notice. Disposal will not constitute any admission on the part of LAKOUES that we have failed in any way to honour our obligations to you in full and as such, will not constitute any unlawful action against the goods in question.
